By accessing or using the services of City Waste Solutions (CIWASO), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
City Waste Solutions provides the following services:
- Waste collection and disposal
- Recyclable material collection
- Transportation services
- Agricultural products supply
- Garden care and landscaping
3. Service Agreement
Booking and Scheduling:
- Services are scheduled based on availability
- Changes to schedule require 24-hour notice
- Emergency services may incur additional charges
Payment Terms:
- Payment is due upon service completion
- We accept cash, mobile money, and bank transfers
- Late payments may attract interest
4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your waste management needs
- Ensure access to waste collection points
- Separate recyclable materials as requested
- Not include hazardous or prohibited materials
- Pay for services as agreed
5. Prohibited Materials
We do not accept the following materials:
- Hazardous waste (chemicals, paints, solvents)
- Medical/biohazard waste
- Explosive or flammable materials
- Construction debris (without prior arrangement)
- Any illegal substances
6. Limitation of Liability
City Waste Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control
- Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
- Loss of business or consequential damages
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services:
- If payment is not received
- If safety concerns exist
- If terms are violated
- With reasonable notice for scheduled changes
8. Environmental Compliance
All our operations comply with Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA) regulations. We commit to:
- Safe disposal of all collected waste
- Proper recycling procedures
- Environmental conservation practices
